PC Support Technician Diploma: Career-Ready IT Skills
By the end of this program, you will acquire essential skills for supporting end users and collaborating effectively in IT, ERP, and CRM systems using tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce. This diploma program offers a solid foundation in computer systems, networking, operating systems, hardware, and software, preparing you for a career in technical support. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
